How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Robconverted Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Robconverted Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Robconverted Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@robconverted.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
